The finish time for all courses will be around 1600 hours, although this will vary according to tide times. Personal Requirements In addition to your normal clothing requirements, all you would need to bring is a sleeping bag and pillow, deck shoes (trainers), deck boots or Wellingtons, wet weather clothing, some sunshine, a warm wind and a sense of humour.
