RYA intermediate powerboat training course
This course covers the practical use of pilotage and passage planning by day on coastal waters using both traditional and electronic Navigation Techniques.
All candidates that attend this course must have boat handling skills to the standard of Level Two with a coastal endorsement.
This course has a minimum age of 16, and a minimum duration of 2 days.
This course includes:
* Planning a day cruise
* Boat preperation
* Boat handling
* Pilotage
* Passage making
* Man wverboard
* Traditional and electronical navigation techniques
* Advanced boat handling
After this course you will be able to plan and execute short coastal passages by day.
